“Kubota People’s Festival” which is one of a series of events to celebrate the 40th anniversary of PT. Kubota Indonesia’s which held on 6-7 July 2013 at the Football Field, Bridge 3  Mulyasari Village (KTM Telang) Tanjung Lago District Banyuasin Regency, South Sumatra.
 
The event was officially opened by Mr. Slamet Sarjono as the Chairman of PT. Kubota Indonesia anniversary, continued by a speech from the Village Head who was represented by the Village Secretary, Mr. Purwanto and speech by Mr. Uchtar as Representative of the Department of Agriculture as well as the reading of prayers by local religious leaders. Also attend Mr. Paring Husodo as Marketing Manager and Mr. Hari Wibowo as the Head of Marketing of PT. Kubota Indonesia and Mrs. Yuli, Dealer Representative and Sumber Motor Store owners, Palembang.

Jathilan and Blood Donor begins the excitement of this “Kubota People’s Festival” event. Hereafter the visitor are presented with the thrill of the Tractor Agility Competition followed by Representative UPJA Banyuasin district. There were 40 listed participants who followed the competition. Musical entertainment and door prize festivities accompanying the series of the events. Crowds were also seen in children rides like Carousel, Ferris Wheel and Balls Pool as well as the booths were there on that day such as Kubota Diesel Engines Exhibition stand, Kubota Diesel Engine Free Service Stand, Culinary Stand and Agriculture Bazaar, as well as Kubota Store Stand.

On the next day, “Kubota People’s Festival” was enlivened with Kubota Farmer Meet. Participants who attended got the knowledge about the good maintenance of Kubota Diesel Engine and Tractor proper usage. The enthusiasm shown by many questions by the participants.

The event was continued by Kubota Diesel Engines Tractor Agility for 20 participants who entered the final round. Musical entertainment and the children rides was  accompany the thrill of this event.

Appearing as the first winner of the competition was Mr. Tukimin from Banyuasin 2 Village, second winner was Mr. Sunaryo from Mulyasari 3 Village, third winner was Mr. Budi Setiawan of Telangsari 2 Village, the first runner up was Mr. Teguh Sugeng from Bangunsari 5 Village, second runner up was Mr. Gunawan from the Mulyasari 3 Village, and Mr. Suratno from Banyu Urip Jembatan 4 Village.

The excitement of “Kubota People’s Festival” in Banyuasin Regency, South Sumatra was ended with door prizes for visitors who are present during this event which is a 22 inch LED TV, Washing Machine, Gas Stove, DVD Player, Electric Iron, and Fan.
