Kubota Diesel Engines Assembling Competition which was held on 19-20 June 2013 in Maro Field, Jl. Pemuda Merauke Regency is festive. The participants were very enthusiastic in following the competition, The visitors who watch this event even further add thrill of the competition.

The event was attended by representatives of all the Papua’s UPJA coincided with the 5th Regional Week activities (PEDA) of Papua province. Merauke Regency dominated the winners of this Kubota Diesel Engine Assembling Competition. Appearing as the first winner, Yoseph Dimar (Merauke Regency); second winner, Nurdiyanto (Asmat Regency); third winner, Sonny Mayuwa (Merauke Regency); first runner up winner, Slamet Riyadi (Merauke Regency); second runner up winner, Pranoto (Kerom Regency), and third runner up winner, Philipus Sanggra (Merauke Regency). The winners of the competition are earned cash and trophies also received a certificate from PT. Kubota Indonesia. In addition to the first winner in thiscompetition was appointed as an Official Workshop Kubota.

The event was also attended by the regent of Merauke, Drs. Romanus Mbaraka, MT, ranks of Merauke Regency, Regent/Vice Regent throughout Papua, Papua Provincial Agriculture Office Chief, and Head of each district.

In this activity, the Mechanical Department of PT. Kubota Indonesia also conducts training for participants and visitors on how was the correct disassembly and maintenance of Kubota Diesel. With this activity is expected to increase the enthusiasm of Kubota Diesel Engines users to further improve the quality of care in terms of Kubota Diesel Engines and other agricultural equipments in order to develop agriculture in Indonesia.
