In order to socialize Kubota diesel engine RD 85 DI-S Series all at once to educate the customers and potential customers of Kubota diesel engine, on 16th – 17th July 2012 PT. Kubota Indonesia held a Diesel Engine Assembling Competition located on Department of Food Crops and Horticulture Garut Regency, with the address in Agribusiness Sub Terminal, Jl. Bayongbong KM. 10 Dusun Karya Jaya, Garut.

The event was attended by the Garut Regent, Mr. Aceng HM. Fikri and Head of Food Crops and Horticulture Garut Regency, Mr. Ir. H. Tatang Hidayat Mp. With the number of competitors are 16 participants which is representative from UPJA in Garut.

The main purpose of this socialization is to provide information to the customer or prospective customer that PT. Kubota Indonesia starting in September 2011 have been produced the S-series models. This is because many dealers sell the imitation of old type Kubota diesel engine.

Besides the competition, on this program also held a short training about maintenance and reparation and repair of Kubota diesel engine, free reparation for owners of Kubota diesel engine, question and answer session for the visitors of the school representatives. Visitors can also enjoy the free entertainment and buying merchandise as well as Kubota original spareparts besides the door prizes that given to the visitors.

The enthusiasm of visitors on the this event is very high, as evidenced on the first day of the implementation there are ± 250 registered visitors and on the second day ± 300 visitors who came to watch the event.
