Raden Ajeng Kartini is a national hero of Indonesia, Kartini is known as the pioneer of the education revival of indigenous women. Kartini’s thoughts on gender equality is proven to inspire women today, that women today can pursue higher education and has a position in the government or private companies without losing her feminism. PT Kubota Indonesia as a manufacturer of diesel engines , the majority of employees are male. Of the total 360 employees there are only 14 female employees. To commemorate Kartini Day at 21 April, female employees of PTKI held event “Kartini Sharing Session” to deal with women issue. In this activity discussed about gender and professionalism , balance responsibility , and civility in the works.
