Makassar (1/4) – PT Kubota Indonesia representative office Makassar held official workshop gathering on 24-27 March 2016 at Remcy Hotel Makassar. Official workshop Kubota is a part of after sales service programme to provide customer convenience in periodic engine maintenance. This event was followed by 13 people with activities such as : product knowledge, disassembling and reassembling training and claim handling procedures. The enthusiasm of the participants was very visible at this event , after the boost capability on the training they seem impatient to jump into the field and provide excellent services that drive customer satisfaction.
