Is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to drive finance operations of our business.

Responsibilities:

• Analyzing competitors and market trends.
• Developing financial management mechanisms that minimise financial risk.
• Managing a company’s financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems.
• Managing budgets; cash flow ; internal control system.
• Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends.
• Arranging new sources of finance for a company’s debt facilities.
• Statutory organisations such as the Inland Revenue.
• Developing external relationships with appropriate contacts, e.g. auditors, solicitors.
• Researching, analyzing, reporting on changes or factors influencing business performance and advising accordingly.
• Formulating strategic and long-term business plans.
• Keeping abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation.

Requirements:

• Male / Female, max 40 years old.
• Tertiary education in Accounting or related discipline with an internationally recognised accounting qualification.
• Minimum 10 years accounting and auditing background with strong management reporting experience from a listed or sizeable firm.
• Excellent understanding of accounting, taxation and regulations are a MUST.
